The 3 one-storey buildings are on different levels of a large hillside property which is split in terraces by natural stone walls.
The footpaths that connect the buildings and the community facilities are from natural stone as well, and so are the borderings of the many flower beds.
Between them there are old olive trees, and there are stoneware jugs and other decoration tastefully spread over the property.

The lowermost terraces make a botanical garden where on each terrace they prepared a different arrangement of native plants.
Many lamps are sunk in the natural stone walls here and on the terraces above. In the evening, the view of the facility from the road below is most beautiful.
The other community facilities are on several separate terraces between the two upper buildings.

One of them is the swimming pool with the sun terrace (and of course with an outdoor shower). It is on the east side as from here one can enjoy straight views of  Aghia Galini and the Messara Bay. Sunbeds and umbrellas are avialable.
On the west side, there is the children's playground (with see-saws handmade from natural wood), the large barbecue area with sitting benches from natural wood, and the small church.
Furthermore there is a joint laundry facility.
