In front of the entry of each holiday flat there is a pergola with a tiled roof.
The verandas have pergolas and tiled roofs as well but due to the hillside location they are actually balconies. Deck chairs are avialable.
Each of the 5 apartments is furnished and decorated in it's own individual style.

Styles range from "modern" to "conservative" and do not only effect the wall colors but also the choice of the wood for the doors and the wardrobes, even in accordance with the shape of the chairs at the dining table.
What they however have in common is the supreme comfort.
Three of the 5 holiday flats have 55 sqm of floor space each. There are double beds in the separate bedrooms, and in each living area there is a convertible sofa so these apartments can accommodate up to 3 persons each.

The other two flats each have 70 sqm of floor space and 2 separate bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds. In addition, there is a convertible sofa in the living room so these apartments can accommodate up to 5 persons each.
Each living area has an open-plan kitchenette and a dining table with chairs. Above the sofa, a natural stone panel is sunk in the wall, of course in accordance with the style of the respective furnishing.

In each living area there is also a satellite color TV set with a flat screen (extra large ones in the two 70 sqm apartments), a CD player, and an open fireplace with a protective glass door.
Firewood is held available all-year.
Internet access per wireless LAN (ADSL WiFi) is in preparation, but the land line is still missing.

Down in the village there are however plenty of internet cafes with WiFi equipment.
In the bathrooms there are showers with shower cabinets and flush-mounted single lever mixer taps, as well as hair dryers.
Water is heated in solar collectors, and there is auxiliary electric water heating.

|
The living areas as well as all bedrooms have individual air conditioning units which can be switched to heating mode in wintertime or during chilly springtime or autumn nights.
Iron and board are avialable. Babycots will be prepared on request without charge.
The holiday apartments are cleaned 2 times per week, sheets and towels are changed simultaneously.
